Full Description
Sank following collision with the Danish SS CIGNE, on passage from the Tyne to the Canary Islands. The accident happened at 10.31am about 1.5 miles SE x 0.5 S of the South Goodwin light vessel. She sank within ten to fifteen minutes, all her crew being saved by the SIGNE, which had her stern stove in and her forepeak flooded.
