Monument record TQ 94 NE 35 - Roman building materials
Summary
Roman building materials have been observed after ploughing. Much brick, tile and chalk-block foundation material together with a small quantity of poor quality pottery was identified in a small (approximately 4 x 2m) area against a field boundary. The building probably continues into the field to the north where a Roman farm building had been previously excavated.
