Full Description
Method of Fix: Aerial Photograph Interpretation Photograph Number: KCC 1967 Line 30: 1104 There are seven barges lying partially submerged on the inside of a sea wall (earth). They are only partially visible above the water but appear to be double-ended with open holds and all of the same design. The proximity and lack of clarity of the remains has made allocation of individual NGR solely from the aerial photgraphs impractical. An eighth barge lies to the south of the main group.
Position of point based on 2000 E.A. aerial photograph (1). Identified during 2002 survey and comprises a concrete barge, one tanding at least 4m proud, intact (2)
