Method of Fix: Aerial Photograph Interpretation Photograph Number: KCC 1961 Line 6: 2050 Method of Fix: Aerial Photograph Interpretation Photograph Number: KCC 1967 Line 33: 1261 Method of Fix: Aerial Photograph Interpretation Photograph Number: KCC 1985 Line 7: 6385 Registered No. FAVERSHAM 60247 A double-ended barge. It is one of three lying in the creek and also appears on the 1967 survey. The barge appears on the 1985 survey lying on a low tide in the mud of a much reduced channel. 1990 survey photograph not available during search. This barge has been identified as Ella. Built at Faversham in 1874. She was successively owned by Gillett and Curling. She is reported derelict in 1939 and her remains visible in 1986. (1). Wreck identified during 2002 survey and comprises the excellent survival of a hulk with much of top decking surviving. Bow collapsed (2).
