Full Description
FCE TR 0138 2942 (approx). A possible pit was located at TR 0148 2929, with occasional charcoal flecks in the fill and 3 sherds of C13 pottery. Another trench at TR 0138 2953 located 4 possible drainage ditches and 3 field drains, the latter dating to C16/17 through pottery evidence. A post-hole was also uncovered, containing a C16 sherd and fragments of PM tile. (1)
