Monument record TQ 76 NE 308 - Neolithic flint working floor, Medway Tunnel, Chatham
Summary
A Neolithic flint working floor was found on a multi-period site during excavations in 1993. Subsequent excavations in 1995 revealed 4 hearths (1 mid Bronze Age), worked flint and two gullies however, none of this evidence could be assumed to derive from a single period of occupation.
