Full Description
Electricity sub station adjacent to extension to Upper Tovil Paper Mill built shortly after the take over of the works by Reeds in 1895. The sub station, prob dating from 1895-1900 is a small single cell brick building with a pitched roof and circular vent in the gable. It is presently disused. (1)
