Curvilinear asymmetric enclosed settlement without entrance or internal features (Bronze Age) sited to TQ 6802 7255 from good quality air photographs (site no. KE 133.1.1) (1-3)

A possible Bronze Age sub-circular enclosure measuring 42m x 70m seen as a cropmark at TQ 6800 7256 and mapped from aerial photographs as part of the English Heritage: Hoo Peninsula Landscape Project. Within the northern end of the enclosure the traces of two pits were seen, and attached to the southern end of the enclosure at TQ 6800 7251 was a ring ditch with a diameter of 20m, possibly the remains of a round barrow. Outside and to the north of the enclosure are two fragments of linear ditch of uncertain date or association with the enclosure. (4-5)
