Summary
During the conversion of the Coach House to domestic use a pit was foundwhich predated the building. Bone, shell and a small fragment of peg-tile was recovered from the fill. Whilst the tile fragment is regarded as medieval (post 1200 AD) it may be residual and the feature itself could be later.
