Monument record TR 35 SW 208 - Two Pits North of Venson Road, Eastry A256
Summary
Two features were recorded both of which were oval or circular in plan about 1m across with steep sides and a flat bottom. The fill included rare inclusions of flint and carbon. Believed to date from the early Iron Age or Bronze Age from accasion finds in the subsoil.
