Construction was of machine-sawn timber to build a frame with machine-sawn boards for the walls. The roof was of corrugated iron and there were timber lintels over the dooors and windows. There were three rooms in series. Room 1 has a window with iron frame. A raised timber bed was located on one side of the room. Room 2 had a small light window with an aluminium frame and a shelf. Fibre-glass board has been used on three walls and traces of wallpaper could be seen. Room 3 had a single light window, a shelf and the door.
