Full Description
During the Boley Hill Repaving Project a short length of east-west wall (0.60m wide), abutted by a fragment of later north-south wall, was recorded on the south side of King's School Road. The walls were of sufficient proportion to be part of a substantial masonry building, perhaps part the monastic complex. The east-west wall may have formed part of a building known as the 'parsonage barn;' which was demolished in c.1842 [1 and 2].
