Monument record TQ 44 NW 55 - Two medieval ditches on land rear of 124-128 High Street, Edenbridge

Summary

During an archaeological evaluation in 2006, two ditches were discovered that may have been drainage ditches designed to drain the marshy ground. Mid-13th to early 14th century pottery and tile was also recovered.
