1. 5344 NEWTOWN ROAD (North East Side) Gate house to Railway Works TR 04 SW 3/244

2. Circa 1850 possibly by Samuel Beazley. Consists of a 2 storey lodge built of red brick with grey headers. Slate roof. Gabled ends with plain bargeboards. Simple sashes with verticals only. Round headed doorcase. Attached to the north-west is a brick clock tower of red brick slightly tapering towards the summit. The top stage is of yellow brick and has a triple opening on each side and a pyramidal cap with finial. Rusticated base. Modern extension on ground floor.

Description from record TR 04 SW 59 :
Red brick 2-storey lodge c1850, possibly by Samuel Beazley. The linking clock tower was originally free standing and is later in its style & materials, c1898. It was added to the lodge after the war. Two storey lodge built of red brick with grey headers. Slate roof, gabled ends with plain bargeboards. Clocktower is attached to the n-w and is of red brick. The top stage is of yellow brick and has a triple opening in each side and a pyramidal cap with finial.
