The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. 5272 KINGSNORTH CHURCH HILL Old Mumford Farmhouse TR 03 NW 20/8 17.9.52. II 2. C18 exterior. Two storeys and attics faced with brick, now painted,and stucco. Tiled roof. Pointed gable at the west end and half-hipped gable at the east end of the front, one dormer between these. Three casement windows. Modern porch. This is the remaining part of a once larger house.
