Description from record TR 15 NE 179:
Nos 24 and 25 Burgate [TR 15055782 sited from OS 1/1250 1972]. Grade II. A 16th or 17th century building refaced in the 18th century. (1) Timber frame with stuccoed brick facade. (2) Trenching in the cellars of 23-24 Burgate revealed pits of RB-PM date. (3)

Nos 23 to 37 (consec) and the Christchurch Gateway form a group.
