2. Originally called Donjon Grove and dated 1822. 2 ranges, joined at ground floor level only. 3 storeys stuccoed, Slate roof. Stone parapet with moulded cornice. Some fluted and some plain pilasters. Rusticated bases. Fine cast iron balconies. Round-headed doorcases with 8 panelled doors. No 18 has been gothicized and given a castellated parapet, imitation miniature octagonal turrets and some pointed windows. No 23 is a larger house and has a 3 light canted bay running through all storeys. The ground floor of No 18 is joined to No 19 and has a door having a cornice above with alternate triglyphs and paterae.

An assessment of No 20 identified a number of historic features which still exist in the house including windows, doors, skirtings, architraves, balustrades, cornices, and fireplaces. However, the assessment stated that many of these features had been somewhat damaged over time, therefore proposals had been created to make some alterations to the house. (2)
