Full Description

LONDON ROAD (South West Side) Nos 308 to 315 (consec). Circa 1840. 3 storeys basement and attics brown brick. Parapet and dropped eaves cornice. 8 dormers. 2 sashes to each with glazing bars intact. Nos 311 and 312 protrude slightly. Stringcourse above ground floor which is rusticated stucco. Nos 310 and 311 have 2 cast iron balconettes on the lst floor. Round- headed sashes on the ground floor. Simple round-headed doorcases with fanlights and panelled doors, approached up a flight of steps, some having original cast iron,railings. Nos 279 to 319 (consec) form a group. (1)
