Circa 1890 in the style of the Grand and New Metropole Hotels. 2 storeys red brick with buff tiled dressings. Green slate roof. The front elevation has a corner octagonal turret. No 132 has a 3-light canted bay through all floors and a modern shop front. The Bank has a Venetian window to the first floor and a cambered window to the ground floor. The left side elevation has 3 dormers having double sashes with modern curved pediments above. 2 octagonal turrets decorated with wreaths. 2 paired cambered sashes, a Venetian window and 3 small, round-headed lights. String- courses between floors. Plinth. Doorcase set in corner with balustrading above 'and rusticated Tuscan columns. Another doorcase with plain brick pilasters having tiled capitals.
