Main construction periods 1533 to 1566 Summary from record TQ 96 SE 1011: This barn near Osiers Farmhouse dates from the 16th century and is a timber framed building on a flint and rubble base. It is clad in red brick with a corrugated iron roof. It has been suggested that the barn is connected with Richard Harry's introduction of fruit growing to Kent on this site in 1533.
