Description from record TR 26 NE 150:
(TR 25526770 sited from Isle of Thanet Archaeological Unit S.M.A. map diagram). Chapel. There is a chapel here of uncertain antiquity. (1) Surveyed in 1999 in advance of restoration, the chapel comprises a small rectangular single cell unit with masonry surviving at the east and west ends and some along north elevation. The south wall was replaced by (now removed) timber framing during its use as a domestic house in the 17th century. The most obvious of the few surviving meideval features visible is the small piscina with pointed arch in the north wall. The chapel, along with the nearby brewhouse and a large timber-framed barn comprise the ealiest surviving elements of Chambers Wall Farm. Additional reference (2 & 9) and site photographs (3-8).
