WOULDHAM CP HALL ROAD TQ 76 SW (north side) 4/235 Gardener's Cottage
GV II
Granary, now cottage. C17 with C19 alterations. Painted brick with concrete tiled roof, hipped to right. Catslide extension to right with large slope stack. 2 storeys; irregular fenestration of 2 windows on first floor and 4 windows on ground-floor. All casements, some sliding, except double round-headed glazing bar sash 2nd from right. Boarded door on 1st floor at extreme right. Entrance at right. Interior: Wattle and daub partition on 1st floor. Queen-post side- purlin roof. Adjoins the Cottage at left. Included for group value.
