Desk based assessment composed in July 2002. Two listed buildings known as The Cottage and Gardeners Cottage are, in practice, one late medieval house which was separated in the C18th or C19th. This building dates to the C16th, 2 storeys on a rectangular plan with a hipped clay tile roof. There is a modern extension to the NW and the interior and exterior have been extensively modernised since c.1980. (1)
