Full Description

During the course of a watching brief by the Trust for Thanet Archaeology in 2004, eight archaeological features were identified. The work was being carried out during the construction of a garage. Six of the features were excavated and were found to be a mix of pits and postholes. Pottery was recovered from two of these features, and was dated to the Iron Age. (1)
