A geophysical survey in 2006 found a number of circular and sub-circular magnetometry anomalies in an area proposed for an expansion of Sevenoaks Quarry. Most of the circular features are in the 3.5 - 7.0 m diameter range. Some of the features may represent an enclosure. Some of the anomalies may indicate and enclosure containing internal features. Feature b2 is very similar to a prehistoric banjo enclosure which are rare in Kent and the features adjacent to it are similar to late prehistoric roundhouses (1)
