Full Description
TR 28584570. A Roman pit on the site of the Preceptor, of Knights Templar, Temple Ewell. Mr. K. Parfitt of the Dover Archaeological Group sent details of Roman occupation on the site of the Preceptory of the Knights Templar, Temple Ewell. A small pit was sealed by grey-brown loam which produced pottery of the late first or early second century. (1)
