Full Description

Dartford and District Archaeological Group newsletter of Autumn 1976 has a report on excavations at Darenth Park Hospital. The report refers to "another Hospital site", at which cropmarks were investigated and it was proved that circular ditches lay under the topsoil. I can find no other references to this unknown Hospital location - RCHME Excavation Index appears to have been able to site this as Joyce Green Hospital. (a) (1) Joyce Green Hill (cropmark).
