Full Description

TR 373697. Romano-British enclosures. Aerial photographs in the 1960s showed linear cropmarks suggesting large rectangular enclosures. Romano-British filled boundary ditches. (1)

An Iron Age/Roman enclosure and possible trackway is visible as a cropmark on CUCAP WT83 26-JUN-1958. The feature has been built over on Next Perspectives APGB Imagery 07-APR-2021. The features were mapped as part of the Thanet Landscape Mapping Project. (3-4)
