Summary
A concentration of early Iron Age pits and other features was found near a ring ditch thought to be an early Bronze Age barrow feature. Located to the north of Cliffs End this site is now situated under the far eastern end of the Manston Airport runway.

Full Description
A concentration of Iron Age pits and other features is situated to the west of the barrow ring excavated at TR 341654. [See TR 36 NW 34]. (1) Much of this area is now covered by a runway of Manston Aerodrome and neither the pits noted by Grimes nor any other feature are now recognizable. (2)
