Full Description
In 2010 the route of the Ashford Southern Ring Main was investigated by Kent Archaeological Projects. In Area 5a of the route a Late Iron Age/early Roman pit was found. It contained a total of 70 fresh sherds of pottery dating to c.50 BC and c. AD 50. (1)
