Full Description
Site identified during transcription of features recorded on air photographs. (1)
An incomplet rectilinear settlement enclosure at least 70m x 86m surrounded by fragments of ditch of a possible associate field system visible as a cropmark on aerial photographs -HEA 29750/51 29-JUN-2015, NMR 4135/9 18-JUL-1988, Next Perspectives APGB Imagery 14-APR-2015 and Google Earth March 2022. This site and surrounding features were and mapped as part of the Historic England Thanet Landscape Mapping Project 2024. (2-5)
