Site identified during transcription of features recorded on air photographs. (1)

Rectilinear settlement enclosures of uncertain date visible as a cropmark in Quex Park identified from aerial photographs:NMR 3115/160 02-JUL-1986, NMR 6230/2 16-AUG-1988, NMR 2176/38 03-AUG-1984, Next Perspectives APGB Imagery 21-APR-2007 and BING 2024. ACCESSED 01-AUG-2024. The site appears as a rectilinear ditched enclosure 42m x 42m with a large dark macula within, a small annexe attached to the NE corner and a small rectilinear enclosure and ditch located immediatley to the NE of the annexe enclosure. Two large pits cut into the eastern and western sides of the main enclosure. There are further fragments of enclosure and a possible trackway to the NE of these enclosures.
