Full Description
TR 360 641 Romano-British occupation site . A layer of debris c30 cms deep with tiles, bricks etc was found. It runs horizontally through a recently eroded hole in the overburden, perhaps caused by the fall of the contents of the pit. Romano-British pottery and metal finds have been recovered from the beach at this spot. (1) Additional bibliography - not consulted. (2)
