Full Description
During archaeological investigations at Land between Haine Road and Stirling Way in Ramsgate in 2007/2008, A single shallow sub-oval pit/hollow cut a Romano-British ditch. The feature measured 2.3m by at least 1.6m, but was only 0.1m deep. Its single fill contained a fragment of medieval roof tile and a single sherd (14g) of 12th-13th century Tyler Hill ware.
