Monument record TR 34 SW 450 - Medieval deposits and possible floors, Dolphin lane, Dover

Summary

During an evaluation undertaken at the site of a former garage off Dolphin Lane, Dover, a soil deposit containing a small assemblage of broken peg tile and later medieval sandy wares was uncovered. This soil was situated above a thin layer of pebbling, apparently representing a metalled surface of a probable Medieval date. (location accurate to the nearest 1m based on available information)
