Full Description
In 2007 the Trust for Thanet Archaeology carried out a watching brief. Post holes and a pit were found across the house and garage footprint. Some Iron Age pottery was found in these features and it is likely that they relate to structures and, more generally, occupation of the area during the Iron Age. Some worked flints were also found.
