Full Description
In 2010 the Trust for Thanet Archaeology carried out an evaluation. A pit of Early Iron Age date was found. It contained some crushed mussel shells, 15 sherds of pottery and two worked flints. It, along with the similar features to the north, may indicate dispersed use of the area in the Early Iron Age. (1)
