Full Description
North West Tower chamber with Newel stair, part of Prior's New Lodging Complex built c. 1495-1517.
In 2019, an archaeological watching brief was undertaken duringgroundworks for the installation of new electrical services immediately to the west and north of no. 21 The Precincts. The most significant finding was a section of wall that potentially relates to the medieval tower porch on the western side of the Prior’s New Lodging. (3)
