Summary
The excavation was located at the centre of the college on ground formerly outside and to the north of the Outer Court of St Augustine's Abbey. The earliest artefacts found were a collection of flint flakes found in a small hollow at the level of natural brickearth indicating late Bronze Age activity in the vicinity. No associated pottery or features were found.
