Full Description
A detailed gradiometer survey revealed various geophysical anomalies at the site of the Aylesham Village Expansion, Aylesham.
These consisted of rectilinear anomalies in the centre of the site consistent with a network of small enclosures; a quarry hollow in the easternmost extent of the southwestern study area; a former track; undefined anomalies in near surface geology that may be of archaeological interest; and plough trends.
