Summary
In July 2012 archaeological investigation took place at Brent Hill, Faversham as part of a series of investigations (Entitled "The Davington Mysteries") by Folkestone Society Archaeological Research Group. Their keyhole excavations revealed a substantial quantity of evidence of mesolithic activity at the sites including a pit and various flint assemblages.

Full Description
In July 2012 archaeological investigation took place at Brent Hill, Faversham as part of a series of investigations (Entitled "The Davington Mysteries") by Folkestone Society Archaeological Research Group.
Their keyhole excavations recovered a substantial quantity of medieval to post-modern artefactual remains, mostly pottery and uncovered 2 possible medieval features (a pit and a medieval/post-medieval working surface.
