Monument record TR 36 NW 1191 - Early Roman Cremation Burials and Roman Pottery, Manston Road
Summary
During an archaeological evaluation carried out in August 2015 two probable, and one possible, cremation burial pits (and associated vessels and cremated remains) were found in one of the evaluation trenches in. The remains are thought to be early Roman with one of the burials dated to between 70-130 AD.
