Monument record TQ 55 NW 367 - Post-Medieval Structures, Sevenoaks Quarry

Summary

During an archaeological excavation carried out on the site in 2015 three post-Medieval constructions were observed in the western area of the excavation site. These were a ditch, a structure, and a wall. The ditch was observed between the two other features, and contained ceramic material of post-medieval date. Both the structure and the wall were formed of a single course of bricks with mortar.
