Monument record TQ 83 SE 300 - Undated ditches, gullies, and probable hedgerows, Smallhythe Road
Summary
Between August and September 2015 an archaeological evaluation excavated a total of 17 trenches. A number of undated ditches, gullies, hedgerows, and tree throws were discovered across the site, primarily centred in the northern, north westerly area of the site. These features indicated a primarily agricultural or arable use of the site pre 19th Century.
