Full Description

In 2008 a geophysical survey was carried out in advance of development related to Dover Harbour Terminal 2. In addition to other features an anomaly was found that was "suggestive of the shape of one end of a boat. However, there is little discernible height, and the dimensions of this anomaly 17m x 2.6m suggest that it may not be the intact remains of a vessel. In addition, this feature lies within a track of poor quality data making a full reliable interpretation problematic." (1-2)
