Monument record TQ 67 SW 1456 - Medieval Boundary Ditch, Near Springhead Nursery, Springhead
Summary
A wide shallow south-west to north-east medieval ditch found during Channel Tunnel Rail Link excavations 2001-2003. The ditch contained five medieval sherds of probable 13th century date. A small nearby scoop also contained medieval pottery (location accurate to the nearest 1m based on available information)
