Full Description
A massive area of eroding peat/ organic clay at base of sea wall. It occurs in a band 20m-40m wide for several hundred metres beyond this point. It has two vertical rounded wooden posts in it, one is in the peaty clay and the other stands in the mud towards the river, they are about 0.1m in diameter. A large outfall pipe cut cuts through it about 40m east of this point. (1)
