The earthworks of a possible post medieval pond can be seen on aerial photographs taken in 1947. This circular pond is situated in the north east of the parish near the boundary with High Halstow TQ 7544 7906. This site was mapped from aerial photographs as part of the English Heritage: Hoo Peninsula Landscape Project.(1-3)
