Monument record TQ 96 NW 1095 - Wharf with travelling crane, Elmley Cement Works

Wharf with travelling crane, Elmley Cement Works, on 2nd and 3rd ed OS (1,2). Site identified during 2002 survey. Wharf frontage remains and is represented by a single row of vertical square wooden piles (3). The wharf is of brick and concrete construction with the remains of a wooden landing stage (TQ 96 NW 1094) at the west end. (4)
