Findspot record TQ 57 SW 260 - Post medieval Finds at East of Lowfield Street
Summary
Sealed by a mid brown silt layer with flecks of chalk, CBM and frequent pebbles. This Layer also contained a coin dated to 1871 Overlaying ths was a thin layer of grey ash with occasional fragments of late post-medieval pottery (19th century), occasional sherds of glass and slag.
